Evidence beats taste
Customer interviews and analytics outrank anyone’s favourite colour — including ours. When we disagree with a client, we propose a test, not an argument.
Home / About
Fourteen people, one floor in Bukit Ceylon, and a decade-old habit of asking “what should this page make happen?” before asking what it should look like.
Our story
Mealzone Interactive began in 2014 with two freelancers and a shared irritation: businesses kept paying for pretty websites that changed nothing. We decided every project we touched would carry a number — a baseline, a target, and a follow-up review nobody could hide from.
Ten years on, we’re a team of fourteen designers, developers and strategists. The irritation survived. So did the numbers: they’re still in every proposal, every review and every case study we publish.
What we believe
Customer interviews and analytics outrank anyone’s favourite colour — including ours. When we disagree with a client, we propose a test, not an argument.
Slow sites disrespect the visitor’s time and the owner’s money. We budget performance like we budget ringgit — up front, in writing.
If a sentence needs jargon to sound smart, it isn’t. That goes for our proposals, our reports and every headline we write for you.
Launch day is the midpoint, not the finish line. We come back, measure, and say plainly what worked and what didn’t.
Who you’ll work with
No bait-and-switch staffing. The strategist in your kickoff call is the one writing your message hierarchy; the developer who scopes your build is the one shipping it. Three of us have been building for the Malaysian market since before mobile-first was a phrase — and every project gets a named lead you can call by 6pm on a Friday.
