These terms cover two things: your use of this website, and the standard conditions under which Mealzone Interactive Sdn. Bhd. (“Mealzone”) provides services. Individual project agreements may vary these conditions; where they do, the signed agreement wins.
1. Using this website
The content of mealzone.help is provided for general information. You may browse, link to and quote it with attribution. You may not scrape it wholesale, republish it as your own, or use it to train systems that impersonate our studio. We try to keep information accurate and current but make no warranty that every figure or example remains correct after publication.
2. Intellectual property on this site
All text, design elements, code and imagery on this website belong to Mealzone or its licensors. Client names and project results appear with the relevant client’s permission. Nothing on this site grants a licence to reuse our materials commercially without written consent.
3. Proposals and quotations
Quotations are valid for 30 days from issue. A project begins when you accept a quotation in writing and pay the commencement invoice. Estimates given before a scoping conversation are indicative only and are not offers.
4. Project delivery
- Milestones. Work proceeds against the milestone plan in your agreement. Each milestone includes a review window; feedback received after the window may be scheduled as a change request.
- Client materials. Timelines assume you supply agreed content, approvals and access on schedule. Delays on inputs extend the plan day-for-day.
- Changes. New scope is quoted before it is built. We do not bill surprise hours.
5. Payment
Unless your agreement says otherwise: a commencement payment starts the project, interim payments track milestones, and the final payment falls due at launch or on delivery of final files, whichever comes first. Invoices are payable within 14 days in Malaysian Ringgit. Overdue amounts may pause active work after written notice.
6. Ownership of deliverables
On full payment, you own the website we deliver: code, design files and content created for you. We retain ownership of pre-existing tools and libraries we bring to the work, which you receive under a perpetual, non-exclusive licence. We may reference the project in our portfolio unless your agreement states otherwise.
7. Warranties and support
Deliverables include a 60-day warranty covering defects against the agreed specification, at no charge. The warranty excludes faults caused by third-party changes, hosting failures outside our control, or edits made by people we did not train. 8. Liability
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Mealzone’s total liability arising from any project is capped at the fees paid for that project, and neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties keep each other’s non-public information confidential during and after the engagement. This survives project completion indefinitely for trade secrets and for three years for other confidential material.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes will first be raised in good-faith discussion between senior representatives; failing resolution within 30 days, the courts of Kuala Lumpur have exclusive jurisdiction.
