This page lists every cookie and similar technology used on mealzone.help. We keep the list deliberately short — a website about removing friction shouldn’t bury you in trackers.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Some are essential plumbing (keeping a session alive, remembering a choice you made); others are optional and used for statistics. We also use localStorage, a browser feature that works like a cookie but is never transmitted to the server automatically.

Strictly necessary items

These are required for the site to function and cannot be switched off. They set no tracking identifiers.

• PHPSESSID — a session cookie that protects our contact form against forged submissions. Expires when you close the browser.
• mz_consent_v1 (localStorage) — remembers whether you accepted or rejected optional cookies, so we don’t ask on every page. Kept until you clear browser data or change your choice.

Optional analytics

Only if you press Accept on the cookie notice, we enable a privacy-lean analytics measurement that tells us which pages are read and roughly where visitors come from. The data is aggregated; we cannot identify you from it, and we do not use it for advertising. If you press Reject, no analytics run at all — the site works identically either way.

Third-party requests

Web fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files from Google servers and Google sees your IP address as part of that request. No cookies are set by this request. All other assets — styles, scripts, images — are served directly from mealzone.help.

Changing your mind

Click the small cookie button in the bottom-right corner of any page to reopen the notice and switch your choice. You can also clear this site’s data in your browser settings, which resets everything to the first-visit state.

Browser-level controls

Every modern browser lets you block or delete cookies globally: look under Settings → Privacy in Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge. Blocking the strictly necessary items above will prevent the contact form from working, but the rest of the site will still render.
